PET and PP strapping to secure your pallets and parcels.
Strapping (or strapping band) holds palletised loads, parcels and bundles together. ACPACK offers the two materials most widely used in industry, in coils, for manual use or on strapping machines.
The PET strapping (polyester) is the high-strength solution: lighter and safer than steel, it holds its tension over time and suits heavy loads (building materials, timber, metal, export). It is available in 12 × 0.75, 15 × 0.80 and 19 × 1.00 mm, in green.
The PP strapping (polypropylene) is the economical solution for light to medium loads, carton closing and table-top strapping machines. It is available in 12 × 0.55, 12 × 0.63, 15 × 0.73 and 16 × 0.80 mm, in black or white. Other colours and sizes on request.
How to choose? Start from the weight of the load, the mode of transport and your equipment. If in doubt, our team advises you free of charge and checks compatibility with your strapping machine.
