Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: 27 September 2026

Article 1 – Purpose and scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern sales of products concluded by ACPACK on the website acpack.ma, with business and individual customers. Placing an order on the website implies full acceptance of these GTC, which the customer acknowledges having read before confirming the order.

Article 2 – Seller identification

Article 3 – Products

The products offered (packaging consumables, strapping, films, tapes, edge protectors, air cushions, anti-slip sheets, etc.) are described as accurately as possible. Photographs and illustrations are not contractually binding. Some products are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ), stated on the product page. Offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are stated in Moroccan dirhams (DH) excluding VAT, per sales unit specified on the product page. VAT at the applicable rate is added at checkout and shown in the order summary before confirmation. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. ACPACK reserves the right to change its prices at any time. For large volumes or specific requirements, a tailored quote can be provided on request.

Article 5 – Orders

The customer selects the products, checks the cart, enters billing and delivery details, then confirms the order after accepting these GTC. An order summary email is sent to the customer. The order becomes binding upon receipt of payment or, for cash on delivery, upon confirmation by ACPACK. ACPACK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, incorrect information or an abnormal request.

Article 6 – Payment

The customer may pay for the order using one of the methods offered at checkout:

  • Bank transfer to ACPACK’s account, whose details are provided on the confirmation page and in the order confirmation email. The order number must be quoted as the transfer reference.
  • Cash on delivery, in cash or by cheque, upon receipt of the goods.

For bank transfers, the order is processed once the funds are actually received; if payment is not received within 7 days, the order may be cancelled. An invoice is issued for every order.

Article 7 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address given by the customer, anywhere in Morocco, under the delivery conditions shown at checkout. Delivery times are given as an indication after receipt of payment; a delay cannot give rise to cancellation of the order or to compensation. The customer must check the condition and conformity of the goods on receipt, note any reservations on the delivery note, and confirm them in writing to ACPACK within 48 hours.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection measures, a customer acting as a consumer has seven (7) days from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging; return costs are borne by the customer. This right does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, nor to purchases made by professionals for the needs of their business. Return and refund procedures are detailed on the page Refunds and returns.

Article 9 – Conformity and claims

Any claim concerning a lack of conformity or an apparent defect must be sent to ACPACK by email to commercial@acpack.ma within 7 days of delivery, with the order number and photographs. After verification, ACPACK will, at its discretion, replace or refund the products. Products must be stored and used in accordance with their intended purpose and the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Article 10 – Liability

ACPACK cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products, the choice of a product unsuited to the customer’s intended use, or force majeure. In any event, ACPACK’s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Article 11 – Personal data

Data collected during the order is necessary for processing it and for the business relationship. It is processed in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. The customer has a right of access, rectification and objection, which can be exercised at commercial@acpack.ma. To find out more, see our Privacy statement.

Article 12 – Governing law and disputes

These GTC are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, and subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers, jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Tangier.
