Inflatable dunnage bags: immobilise your loads in transit.
The air cushions fill the empty spaces between pallets in trucks and shipping containers. Once inflated with compressed air, they lock the load in place and stop it from moving during braking, cornering or container handling. They are one of the most effective ways to reduce transport damage.
ACPACK offers four sizes: 60×90 cm for small gaps, 80×120 cm for everyday use, 90×180 and 100×200 cm for large voids and the full height of a container. The bags are fitted in seconds and are recyclable.
How to use them? Place the deflated bag between the loads, inflate it with a gun connected to the compressor, then simply remove the valve at destination. We can supply the inflation gun as an option.
