Frequently asked questions
How is it different from stretch film?
Film holds the pallet from the outside; the sheet works on the inside, between the layers. The two are complementary and often allow you to reduce the amount of film used.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared in Tangier and delivered throughout Morocco. The estimated lead time is confirmed after payment is received, usually within a few working days depending on the city and quantities.
How can I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery. A business invoice with itemised VAT is issued for every order.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Displayed prices are unit prices excluding VAT; beyond a few pallets or for recurring needs, we provide a tiered quote within 24 business hours.
